2002 SAAB 93, MANUFACTURER REFUSES TO REIMBURSE CONSUMER. *KB THE IGNITION DISCHARGE MODULE BROKE WHILE DRIVING. THE CONSUMER HAD THE REPAIRS MADE BEFORE THE RECALL WAS RECEIVED. THE CONSUMER WAS ASSURED HE WOULD RECEIVED REIMBURSEMENT WITHIN 60 DAYS (RECALL 05V399000). *JB

SEAT BELTS
I GOT IN THE CAR TO LEAVE FOR WORK AND WHEN I PUT MY SEAT BELT ON IT CAME COMPLETELY OUT AND NOW WON'T RETRACT. I FOUND OUT THERE IS A GM RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE BUT ALL THE GM SERVICE CENTERS NEAR ME REFUSE TO WORK ON SAAB VEHICLES. THE NEAREST SAAB SERVICE CENTER I CAN FIND IS APPROXIMATELY 110 MILES FROM MY HOME AND I DON'T FEEL SAFE DRIVING THAT DISTANCE WITH A MALFUNCTIONING SEAT BELT. *TR
