THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO CURB AND INTO A CONCRETE BARRIER. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED APPROXIMATELY FOUR TIMES AND WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER THREE TIMES WHERE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS REPLACED EACH TIME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED WHO STATED THEY WILL HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE CALL THE CONTACT WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 34,500. |
