05' NAVIGATOR. AIR BAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY ON IMPACT. MOMENTS AFTER IMPACT, AS A PRECAUTION I PULLED PARKING BRAKE, BUT VEHICLE ROLLED BACK AND CAUSED A 2ND IMPACT. I NOTICED A VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL AT APPROXIMATELY 60+ MPH. I THOUGHT I NEEDED A FRONT END ALIGNMENT SO I SCHEDULED IT AT THE TIME I HAD THE ENGINE OIL CHANGED. AFTER THE OIL WAS CHANGED, I WAS INFORMED THE REAR RIGHT TIRE WAS "BAD" AND THE TIRE WAS REPLACED BY THE DEALER FREE OF ANY COST TO MYSELF. I DO NOT HAVE THE VIBRATION ANY MORE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE REPLACEMENT POLICY BUT AM CONCERNED WITH THE STRUCTUAL INTEGRITY OF THE OTHER TIRES. IN LIGHT OF THE RECALL BY CONTINENTAL OF ONLY "16" INCH TIRES, I THINK IT MIGHT BE PRUDENT TO REVIEW HISTORY ON THE "17" INCH TIRES. *AK( DOT NUMBER: TIRE SIZE: P255/75R17 )
