THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER EACH TIME, BUT THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING AS DESIGNED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 48,000.

THE FIRST FAILURE WAS BOTH THE HEAT AND AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT ACTIVATED AT THE SAME TIME, DESPITE BOTH UNITS BEING TURNED OFF. THE SECOND FAILURE WAS INACCURATE READINGS FROM THE ELECTRICAL METERS AND GAUGES ALONG THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE FINAL FAILURE WAS WHILE TRAVELING AT LOW SPEEDS THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 535 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 800.
