I HAVE INFINITI QX56 2005, I HAD BRAKE SYSTEM COMPLAINT COUPLE OF TIMES(BACK 2006~2007)SINCE, DEALER TAKE CARE MY CAR_ I DIDN'T HAVE ANY TECHNICAL ISSUE UNTIL THIS MONTH, BUT, APRIL ON THIS MONTH I HAVE 3 TIME EXPERIENCE MY BRAKE WAS NOT WORKING I ALMOST KILL MY 2 KIDS AND WIFE._JUST REMIND ME BACK IN 2006_ I HAD SAME PROBLEM. ALL I CAN DO TURN OFF THE ENGINE AND RESTART_THEN IT GO BACK TO NORMAL. SO, TODAY I DROP MY CAR AT THE INFINITI TUSTIN DEALER TALK TO MELISSA AT SERVICE DEPT. SHE SAW SAME AS MY PROBLEM BEFORE I WAS SURPRISED SHE SAID TO ME WHY NOT COMPANY RECALL THIS ISSUE? NOW, DEALER ASK ME TO PAY $1,000.00 FOR CHANGE BRAKE BOOSTER ON MY CAR. WHICH IS THEY READY KNOW PROBLEMS. I WANT TO INFINITI NEED TO REPORT THIS ISSUE TO PUBLIC ALSO, FULLY FIX MY CAR AND IT SHOULD BE EXTENDED WARRANTY SAME PROBLEM IN FUTURE. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 INFINITY QX56. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING OVER A POT HOLE AT ANY SPEED, THE STEERING WOULD BECOME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE FAILURE WHERE THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSIS AND LOCATED THE FAILURE AT THE REAR PASSENGER WHEEL. THE DEALER ALIGNED THE WHEEL BUT THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 14,000.
