DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHTS THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL WITHOUT WARNING. THIS OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTATED AND DRIVEN TO THE DEALER EACH TIME WHERE THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. UPDATED 9/18/2006 - THE VEHICLE IS MANUFACTURERS WITH TWO FUEL TANKS AND TWO FUEL PUMPS. IT WAS LATER DETERMINED THAT THE SECONDARY PUMP FAILED LEAVING THE VEHICLE WITH THE USE OF ONLY ON TANK. THE CV JOINT FAILED WHICH CAUSED A CLUNKING SOUND WHEN PUTTING THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE OR DRIVE. . *NM

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED THE CONTACT APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED FIVE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER FILED A REPORT AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE CONTACT HAD CONCERNS REGARDING THE MANUFACTURER ASSUMING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE REPAIR COST. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR THE RESULTS. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,500.
