WE HAVE A SEVERE VIBRATION IN OUR 2007 CADILLAC DTS THAT STARTS AT 55MPH AND ALSO REPEATS ITSELF AS WE COME TO A STOP. THINK THIS VIBRATION IS ALWAYS THERE, BUT WE FEEL IT AT THESE TIMES. THIS VIBRATION WAS SO SEVERE THAT ON ONE OCCASION WE WERE COMING DOWN A MOUNTAIN SIDE IN VIRGINIA WHEN IT BECAME SO VIOLENT WE BARELY WERE ABLE TO BRING THE CAR UNDER CONTROL AND BRING IT TO A STOP. THIS IS A SYSTEMIC PROBLEM WITH DTS GENERAL MOTORS ADVISED US THAT THEIR ENGINEERS ARE VERY AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM WITH DTS AND ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM, BUT HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO REPAIR.. WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE ASKED .. REALIGNMENT, NEW PADS, NEW ROTARS, FOUR NEW TIRES ..THEY ARE QUITE FRANK THAT THE PROBLEM EXISTS, HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, NO ANSWERS, AND THERE WILL BE NO RECALL AS THEIR PLAN IS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY ATTRITION. THEY HAVE STOPPED MAKING THIS MODEL AS A RESULT. HOPE NO ONE HAS A SERIOUS ACCIDENT BEFORE THIS HAPPENS. OUR RIDE AND SAFETY ARE BOTH NOW COMPROMISED ON A DAILY BASIS.

CONSUMER STATES HEAD REST IS TOO FAR FORWARD FOR HIS WIFE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN HIS WIFE ADJUSTED THE SEAT FOR DRIVING, THE HEAD REST FORCED HER HEAD DOWN. THE CONSUMER STATED ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, WAS TO HAVE THE TWO HEAD REST SUPPORTS BENT DOWN BACKWARDS A LITTLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. *JB
