I BOUGHT A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA SR5 BACK IN 2007. I HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE SERVICED EVERY SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT IT. MY TRUCK HAS ALWAYS SMELLED LIKE ROTTEN EGGS AND I HAVE HAD THE INJECTORS CLEANED 4 TIMES SINCE I'VE OWNED IT. THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST. I HAVE CONTACTED TOYOTA ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAY THERE HAS BEEN NO RECALL...PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM AND ALSO THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM LIGHT KEEPS MALFUNCTIONING.PEOPLE SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY ON THESE VEHICLES AND LAST THING WE ALL NEED IS TO FORK OUT MORE MONEY ON A VEHICLE THAT IS MORE LESS IN A NUT SHELL A LEMON. SERVICE BRAKES
BACKING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY, WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING, I TRIED TO STOP THE VEHICLE BUT THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS SPONGY AND PUSHED ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT STOPPING THE TRUCK. I HAD TO CONTINUE TO PUMP THE BRAKES AND ATTEMPT TO STOP THE TRUCK UNTIL IT FINALLY CAME TO A REST IN THE STREET. IT WAS AS IF THERE WAS NO POWER ASSIST TO THE BRAKES. THE BRAKE SYSTEM THOUGHT THE ENGINE WAS OFF, DESPITE THE ENGINE HAVING WARMED UP FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES. *TR
