IT IS NOT THAT I CAN'T USE THE ELECTRIC DOOR OPENING MECHANISM, THE DEFECT ALSO IMPEDES THE DOOR FROM OPENING AT ALL. I THINK IT BECOMES A SAFETY HAZARD AND SHOULD BE COVERED NO MATTER WHEN.
