I WAS DRIVING IN MY TRUCK WITH MY WIFE ON SR 25 IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. I WAS HAULING MY 13 FT DETRO TRAILER. APPROXIMATE SPEED WAS 55 MPH. WE WENT AROUND A BEND IN THE ROAD WHERE THE PAVEMENT CHANGED LEVELS. THE TRUCK JUMPED AND BEGAN VIOLENTLY VIBRATING. THE VIBRATING CONTINUED UNTIL I SLOWED DOWN TO APPROX 10 MPH. THE PROBLEM I THOUGHT WAS FIXED A.K.A. THE DEATH WOBBLE HAS RETURNED. I CALLED MY LOCAL DODGE DEALERSHIP WITH SKEPTICISM. THE DEALER OWNER STATED THEY COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM UNLESS THEY WERE ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. HE WAS DOUBTFUL THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DUPLICATE IT. THE OWNER CALLED HIS DISTRICT MANAGER WHO STATED HE HAS NEVER HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM (BUT THE OWNER SAID HE HAS). THE OWNER SUGGESTED I BEGIN VIDEO TAPING WHILE DRIVING. I HAVE BEEN VIDEO TAPING EACH TIME I ENTER THE INTERSTATE SO I CAN "CATCH" THE DEATH WOBBLE ON VIDEO. AT THIS POINT, I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE VEHICLE AND DO NOT WANT MY FAMILY RIDING IN THE TRUCK.
