TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN ARMADA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE STOPPED AND THE FUEL GAUGE INDICATED THAT THERE WAS A QUARTER TANK OF GAS. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL 10V074000 (FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER: STORAGE: FUEL GAUGE SYSTEM). THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD ASSIST WITH SOME OF THE REPAIR COSTS; THE FUEL SENDING UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 110,357.

2007 NISSAN ARMADA. CONSUMER EXPRESSES DISCONTENT RELATED TO VEHICLE RECALL *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED IT TOOK NISSAN 7 MONTHS TO SEND A NOTICE STATING THE PARTS WERE AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, THE CONSUMER HAD ALREADY TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER BECAUSE SHE WAS EXPERIENCING ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE STALLING. THE DEALER STATED ONLY WHAT WAS LISTED ON THE RECALL WOULD BE REPAIRED. THE CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO HER PERSONAL MECHANIC AND UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DETERMINED THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE FUEL PUMP. *JB
