I RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL ON MY 2004 MITSUBISHI ENDEAVOR, ABOUT THE FUEL FILLER PIPE MIGHT BECOME CORRODED FROM ROAD SALT IN COLD WEATHER. THAT'S FINE ABOUT THE RECALL BUT THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE DEALERSHIP IN LYNCHBURG,VA. CLOSED UP AND I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS FROM ANYONE. NOW THE PROBLEM IS THEY SAY I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO BLACKSBURG, CHARLOTTETSVILLE OR SOMEWHERE ELSE, THE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS THESE PLACES ARE ONE HOUR TO TWO HOURS AWAY FROM ME AND I WANT TO KNOW AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR MY GAS AND TIME TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS TO CLOSE UP SHOP AND NOT LET THE CONSUMER KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND WHAT TO DO IN CASES OF A RECALL, THAT MAKES CONSUMERS HIGHLY UPSET AND WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER MITSUBISHI AGAIN. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR MONEY TO SPEND IN GAS TO DRIVE TWO HOURS AWAY TO GET A RECALL TAKEN CARE OF. SEEMS LIKE SOME PLACE CLOSE TO ME COULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND THEY CAN BILL THE MITSUBISHI PLACE. THIS PUTTING THE CONSUMER OUT OF THE WAY. AND WHAT WOULD THE CONSUMER DO IF IT WAS SOMETHING MAJOR THAT HAPPENED. THIS IS SO UPSETTING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS TO MY LOCAL NEWS AND COMPLAIN. *TR

CAR HESITATES OR TRIES TO STALL WHILE MAKING RIGHT HAND TURNS AS WELL AS THE STEERING DOES NOT ALWAYS WANT TO AUTO CORRECT AFTER COMPLETION OF A RIGHT HAND TURN. THIS SEEMS TO BE VERY DANGEROUS WHEN TRYING TO TURN ON A BUSY STREET. *TR
