DOOR LOCKS AUTOMATICALLY LOCK AND CAN ONLY BE OPENED BY REMOVING THE DOOR PANEL AND REMOVING THE DEAD BOLT MECHANISM. THE CAR CAN NOT BE OPENED BY KEY OR SWITCH, IF YOU ARE IN THE CAR AND THE DOOR AUTOMATICALLY LOCK YOU MUST BREAK A WINDOW TO ESCAPE THE CAR. THE SERVICE MANAGER SAYS IT CAN HAPPEN IF YOU SHUT OFF THE KEY AND DO NOT REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION WITHIN 8 SECONDS. MY KIDS DRIVE THAT CAR AND NOW MUST CLIMB OUT THROUGH THE DRIVERS DOOR AS THAT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT STILL OPENS. WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY GET INTO A MINOR OR MAJOR MISHAP AND THE DOORS WILL NOT OPEN. *AK

DRIVING SOUTH ON I-75 AT 70 MPH,(SPEED LIMIT), AND THEIR WAS A HIGH PITCHED SOUND, FOLLOWED BY 2 METAL SOUNDING CLICKS, AND WE PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE, HOWEVER, PRIOR TP GETTING OFF THE INTERSTATE THE CAR STARTED SHAKING VIOLENTLY, MAKING THE MOST INCREDIBLE LOUD SOUND, AS IF IT WAS GOING TO EXPLODE, AND MY HUSBAND GOT US INTO THE DITCH EMBANKMENT, AND THE RANGEROVER WOULD NOT MOVE, WHEN THE TOW TRUCK ARRIVED, IT WOULD NOT BACK UP , REQUIRED US TO PUSH. FROM THE START OF THE HUM TO THE COMPLETE FAILURE OF THE STEERING, AND OFF ROAD TO SAFETY WAS APROX. 10 SECONDS, AND THE WORST 10 SECONDS OF OUR LIFE. WE WERE TOWED TO JAGUAR/LAND ROVER, OF FT. MYERS, AND THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL AND COMPLETELY COME APART, AND NEEDED REPLACING OF THE INTERNAL FRONT DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY, FRONT DRIVESHAFT, AND FRONTDIFFERENTIAL. *TR
