THE CONTACT MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRS AND WHEN ARRIVING AT THE DEALER HE WAS ADVISED THE PARTS NEEDED TO MAKE THE REPAIRS HAD NOT YET ARRIVED. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT HE WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE HIS APPOINTMENT. THE CONTACT DID NOT FEEL THE RECALL HAD ADDRESSED THE SAFETY DEFECT WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.
