HE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 93V125000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: STORAGE: TANK ASSEMBLY) BUT FAILED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. ONCE THE FAILURE OCCURRED, THE CONTACT INQUIRED ABOUT THE RECALL WITH THE DEALER BUT WAS ADVISED THAT THE RECALL HAD EXPIRED. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT ANY REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE CONTACTS EXPENSE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 122,000.
