TL* THE CONTACT OWN A 1999 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL TANK STRAPS CORRODED AND CREATED A HOLE IN THE FUEL TANK. FUEL BEGAN TO LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 99V093001 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY), BUT THE DEALER WOULD NOT PERFORM THE REPAIRS DUE TO THE FUEL TANK LEAK.
