WHILE MAKING A RIGHT TURN IT FELT LIKE THE TRUCK WAS SKIPPING. CONSUMER THEN PULLED OF THE ROAD. UPON EXITING THE TRUCK CONSUMER NOTICED THAT 3 OF THE WHEELS WERE FACING FORWARD, AND THE RIGHT PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL WAS TURNED INWARDS. THE TRUCK WAS THEN TOWED TO DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE. DEALERSHIP INSPECTED THE STEERING LINKAGE, AND INDICATED THAT A TIE ROD HAD FALLEN OFF, AND THE OTHERS WERE LOOSE, ALL 4 TIE RODS NEED TO BE REPLACED. THEY ALSO HAD TO REPLACED THE LOWER BALL JOINTS. *AK

TWICE IN LAST WEEK, DRIVING AT SLOW SPEED AND "ENGINE FAIL SAFE MODE" LIGHT COMES ON. LOST POWER, BRAKING, AND STEERING. FORCED TO PUT CAR IN NEUTRAL WHILE CAR WAS ROLLING TO RESTART. ROLLED RIGHT THRU STOP SIGN. RESTARTED FINE, LUCKILY. IN SECOND EVENT, ALMOST GOT HIT WHEN TURNING LEFT ACROSS ONCOMING TRAFFIC! STARTED TURN AND COULDN'T STOP TURN DUE TO LOSS OF BRAKING. FORTUNATELY, FIRST TIME I TRIED THE RESTART IN NEUTRAL AND IT WORKED, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE BEEN HIT IN SECOND EVENT OR HIT SOMETHING SINCE I COULDN'T STEER. *TR
