FRONT SPRINGS AND SHOCKS ARE CAUSING SWAYING, STEERING WHEEL PULLING, EXTREME TIRE WEAR. VAN WANTS TO TRAVEL ALL OVER ROAD. TIRES ARE NO GOOD AT 18000 MILES. FORD SAYS THERES NOTHING WRONG. HAVE SEEN THIS PROBLEM IN OTHER FORD VANS. HAVE HAD 4 INDEPENT AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STORES TELL ME THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH FRONT SPRINGS AND SHOCKS BUT FORD WILL NOT ADMITT TO ANYTHING BEING WRONG. WAS TOLD THAT AFTER MARKET SPRINGS AND SHOCKS WILL SOLVE PROBLEM OF TIRE WEAR AND STEERING. HAVE HAD THE VAN BACK TO FORD NUMEROUS TIMES FOR NUMEROUS PROBLEMS. I AM EXTREMLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFTY OF THIS VEHICLE AND THE WAY IT STEERS AND WOBBLES AND THE EXTREME WERE OF THE TIRES. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED AS TAMIAMI FORD HAS NOT BEEN HELPFUL AT ALL.

WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE SPARE TIRE CABLE BROKE. AS A RESULT THE SPARE TIRE FLEW TWENTY-FIVE FEET IN THE AIR. NO COLLISION REPORTED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. *JB
