BEFORE THE ENGINE FAILED THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 69,000, AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED AND THE OWNER HAS POSSESSION OF THE OLD ENGINE.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED AFTER DISPENSING FUEL INTO THE FUEL TANK TO THE FULL CAPACITY LEVEL, THE FUEL SPRAYED EXCESSIVELY OUT OF THE NOZZLE ONTO THE CLOTHING. THERE WAS AN ESTIMATION OF A HALF GALLON OF FUEL LOSS. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESUME OPERATION NORMALLY. THE AUTHORIZED DEALER WAS NOTIFIED WHICH STATED THERE WAS A RECALL UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 05V034000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: STORAGE: TANK ASSEMBLY: FILLER PIPE AND CAP). THE VIN WAS EXCLUDED FROM THE RECALL DEFECT. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,700.
