THE TIPM IN OUR VEHICLE HAS WENT BAD. THIS PART IS ON BACKORDER AND NO ONE AT DODGE CAN TELL US WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. I HAVE CALLED DODGE'S CUSTOMER CARE LINE BUT NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT OUR SUV FOR ALMOST SIX WEEKS. THIS SHOULD BE A NATIONWIDE RECALL. THE PEOPLE AT TOMBALL DODGE HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL, BUT CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THE PART. I'VE LOOKED ONLINE AND THIS SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THERE ARE FIVE OTHER DODGES AND JEEPS AT THIS DEALER ALONE THAT ARE WAITING ON THE PART. *JS
