SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:DISC:ROTOR
WE HAVE A 2002 SILVERADO WITH ONLY 28,000 MILES ON IT. WE TOOK IT TO THE DEALER THE OTHER DAY BECAUSE OF A GRINDING NOISE AND FOUND OUT THAT ALL 4 ROTORS AND ALL DISC PADS HAVE TO BE REPLACED. WE ARE TOLD THAT WE DON'T DRIVE THE TRUCK ENOUGH FOR THE DISC PADS TO WORK PROPERLY. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING AND STARTED FINDING OTHERS COMPLANING OF THE SAME PROBLEM. THE DEALER (CENTURY CHEVROLET) SHOWED US ROTORS THAT WERE RUSY AND DETERIORATING. WE LIVE IN COLORADO, RUST IN UNHEARD OF IN VEHICLES HERE. WE DO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE BRAKE MATERIALS. *CN
