THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUFFERED FROM MAJOR INJURIES TO THE ARM AND ADDITIONAL UNKNOWN INJURIES. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH,H THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE FAILURE CONTINUED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE FUSE TERMINAL, THE BATTERY, AND THE COMPUTER BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000. ..UPDATED 03-13-13 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL IN TRAFFIC AND WOULD NOT RESTART. THE FAILURE OCCURRED FOUR TIMES. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED, GM ENGINEERING SUGGESTED REPLACING THE IGNITION COIL MODULE. THE VEHICLE AS RETURNED TO THE CONSUMER ON FEBRUARY 21, 2012.
