I HAVE HAD TWO FAILURE INCIDENTS WITH THE JACK AND THE LUG WRENCH THAT CAME WITH MY VEHICLE FROM BUICK. APPROXIMATE 1 YEAR AGO I WAS USING THE JACK FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT CAME APART WITH THE VEHICLE RAISED ON IT. BUICK REPLACED THE JACK. I WAS USING THE REPLACEMENT JACK FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST WEEK AND THE ORIGINAL LUG WRENCH SPLIT AT THE SOCKET END. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS WRENCH WAS USED. I AM CONCERNED THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE JACK/WRENCH DESIGN OR METAL IT IS MADE OUT OF. I HAVE CONTACTED BUICK ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. *TR
