I CANNOT KEEP THE WINDSHIELD ON MY NEW 2008 IMPREZA FOG FREE. THE DEALER NOTICED A "FILM" ON IT AND CLEANED IT. THE FOGGING RETURNED AFTER A DAY. I'VE USED ANITIFOGGING SOLUTION THAT LASTS ABOUT 3 DAYS AND THE "FILM" AND FOGGING RETURNS. THIS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS AFTER DARK SINCE WHEN THE FOGGING IS MOST PRONOUNCED. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING INSIDE THE CAR (POSSIBLY A SILICONE SPRAY) THAT'S CAUSING THIS. WHATEVER IT IS, IT HINDERS THE DRIVERS VISION AND IS DANGEROUS. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 SUBARU IMPREZA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND ABNORMALLY TRAVELED TO THE FLOORBOARD. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE UNTIL CONSTANT PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE BRAKES. THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 11V562000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC); HOWEVER WAS ADVISED BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000.
