TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN PATHFINDER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 40 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THE CONTACT WAS ADVISE THAT A CROSS CONTAMINATION OF FLUIDS HAD OCCURRED IN THE VEHICLE AND THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NEED REPLACING. THE DEALER ALSO ADVISED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE MAKE AND MODEL VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 85,131.
