2005 NISSAN ARMADA ABS ISSUES. VEHICLE BRAKES JUST START GRINDIING AND GRINDING WHEN BRAKE IS APPLIED AND BRAKING POWER IS AT A MINIMUM. IF YOU TURN OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTART IS SEEMS TO WORK FOR A WHILE. THIS IS A VERY INTERMITTANT PROBLEM BUT VERY VERY DANGEROUS. I WAS APPLYING BRAKES TO SLOW DOWN AND TURN INTO A GROCERY STORE DRIVE AND THE BRAKE LIGHT CAME ON, THEY STARTED MAKING A HORRIBLE GRINDING NOISE LIKE THE BRAKES WERE FALLING APART....STOPPING POWER GREATLY DIMISHED BUT LUXKILY I WAS ABLE TO PULL TO SHOULDER AND LIMP INTO LOT. ONCE I TURNED IT OFF AND BACK ON IT HAS WORKED FINE FOR SEVERAL DAYS...BUT VERY SCARED. *TT |

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE IT WAS STATED THAT THE REAR AXLE AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
