CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH WHEN CAR STARTED VIBRATING AND SMOKE WAS COMING FROM ENGINE. DEALERSHIP STATED THAT HEAD GASKET HAD CRACKED. *AK CONSUMER ALSO STATED PRIOR TO HEAD GASKET FAILURE, COOLANT WAS LEAKING FROM ENGINE, CYLINDER HEAD WAS WARPED, RADIATOR ALSO PARTIALLY MELTED.*JB

DT: THE CONTACT STATED VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS TEN TIMES SINCE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE ENGINE LIGHT BEING ON. THE DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, THE SENSOR FUEL VAPOR, THE EGR VALVE, AND THE SOLENOID VALVE. THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON, THE REPAIRS HAVE NOT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. *AK UPDATED 2/7/2006 - *NM
