THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO LOCATE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ONLINE PERTAINING TO THE FAILURE AND BELIEVED THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD TAKE THE LIABILITY FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED.
