DRIVER SIDE SEAT (LEFT FRONT CONNECTION) BROKE WHILE GETTING INTO CAR. THE WELDED CONNECTION BROKE THROUGH THE METAL FRAME ON THE SEAT. A REAR END COLLISION WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THE SEAT TO BREAK INTO THE BACK SEAT PASSENGER AREA IF NOT THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE.*JB

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC YUKON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WHERE THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT THE ECM WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEALER REPLACED THE ECM BUT THE REPAIR DID NOT REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER SENT THE CONTACT A SPECIAL ORDER REPAIR FOR THE THROTTLE BODY DUE TO REDUCED ENGINE POWER. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER REGARDING THE STALLING ISSUE HOWEVER, THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS STALLING. THE DEALER REPLACED THE THROTTLE CONTROL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
