TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH AND NOTICED THAT THE ENTIRE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND SPEEDOMETER BECAME INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 09V489000 (VISIBILITY) BUT WAS ADVISED THAT THE VIN WAS INELIGIBLE FOR REPAIRS UNDER THE RECALL CAMPAIGN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, PROCEEDED TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN WHEN THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO MAKE A POPPING SOUND. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE FAILED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE LIFTED OFF OF THE GROUND AND THE AXLE WAS SPINNING SLIGHTLY. THERE WAS NO RECOMMENDED REPAIR.
