WHEN CONTACT COMES TO A YIELD SIGN TRANSMISSION JERKS BEFORE GOING INTO GEAR. LATER HE WAS TOLD THIS WAS A BRAKE PROBLEM. WHEN APPROACHING A HILL/DOWNHILL AND APPLYING BRAKES THEY LOCK AND CAR SLIDES.*AK DOZENS OF TIMES CHECK BRAKE, SERVICE 4 WHEEL DRIVE LIGHTS HAVE COME ON. CONTACT HAS TAKEN VEHICLE TO DEALER OVER 12 TIMES SINCE IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED. DUE SERVICE LIGHTS, BRAKES AND TRANSMISSION. CONSISTENTLY TOLD BY DEALER THAT NOTHING IS WRONG. BUT DEALER AKNOWLEDGES CHECK BRAKE LIGHTS HAVE COME ON. DEALER STATES THAT IF COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC DOES NOT PRODUCE AN ERROR CODE, THEN THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
WHILE DRIVING I LOOKED DOWN TO CHECK MY SPEED AND WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE SPEEDOMETER READING 120 MPH. WHILE DOING RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET I FOUND THERE WAS A CLASS ACTION SUIT THAT WAS SETTLED IN 2008 BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM HOWEVER, MY VEHICLE WAS NOT LISTED AS COVERED IN THE SUIT. I FEEL IT SHOULD BE COVERED AS MY VEHICLE IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THE ONES COVERED IN THE SETTLEMENT. UNDER THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT GM WOULD PROVIDE THE CLUSTER AT NO COST TO ME AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LABOR COST.
