TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 70 MPH AND THE VEHICLE STARTED SPUTTERING AS IF THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF GASOLINE AND THEN IT STALLED. THERE WAS GASOLINE IN THE FUEL TANK AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON BEFORE THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND AFTER THREE DAYS, THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS AN ENGINE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 9,000. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35-45 MPH, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEFT REAR WHEEL LOCKED WITHOUT WARNING, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO ROLL OVER AND CRASH INTO A DITCH. THE CONTACT DIDN'T INDICATE IF THERE WERE ANY INJURIES OR IF A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DEALER OFFERED TO HAVE A SERVICE MANAGER PROVIDE HIM WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE MANUFACTURER.
