POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:TORQUE CONVERTER
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH THERE IS A VIBRATION IN THE VEHICLE. THE STEERING WHEEL DOES NOT VIBRATE HOWEVER THE TRUCKS FRAME AND BODY DOES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS ON 4 OCCASIONS. ON THE FIRST OCCASION THE LEFT FRONT TIRE WAS REPLACED AND ALL TIRES WERE BALANCED. THE SECOND TIME THE DRIVE SHAFT WAS REPLACED. ON THE THIRD VISIT ALL FOUR TIRES WERE REPLACED. ON THE FOURTH OCCASION ANOTHER DRIVE SHAFT AND PINION GEAR WAS REPLACED. THE VEHICLE STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AFTER ALL OF THE REPAIR ATTEMPTS. THE CONTACT BELIEVES THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION TORQUE CONVERTER. THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ALERTED.

ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING
SPARK PLUG GETS BLOWN COMPLETELY OUT OF THE ENGINE BLOCK AND DESTROYS THE ENGINE COIL. THE ENGINE THEN NEEDS TO BE REBORED TO BE REPAIRED TO BE DRIVABLE. THIS OCCURS WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND HAS NOW HAPPENED TO US TWICE WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDER NO LOAD. *TR
