THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE PARKED INSIDE THE CONSUMER GARAGE. THE DRIVER CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. THE GARAGE WAS ALSO DAMAGED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AND TOTALED OUT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. *NM VEHICLE BURNED CARPORT AND ENTIRE HOUSE TO THE GROUND. TRUCK IS STILL ON PROPERLY WAITING ON INVESTIGATION. INVESTIGATOR SAID CAUSE OF FIRE WAS DUE TO A SWITCH DEFECT. VEHICLE WAS BURNED COMPLETELY-TIRES TOO. *BF *NM

WHILE DRIVING 70MPH VEHICLE STARTED TO VIBRATE FOR A SHORT BEFORE A LOUD BANG WAS HEARD. LEFT REAR TIRE HAD SHREDDED AND CAUSED ALUMINUM WHEEL TO BE DAMAGED. HAD REPLACED TIRE WITH SPARE. TOOK TIRE TO RETAILER, AND MECHANIC COULD NOT LOCATE REASON FOR BLOWOUT.*AK
