TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER EIGHT TIMES. WHEN SLOWING THE VEHICLE DOWN, THE BRAKES BECAME SOFT AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE AND THE DIAGNOSTIC DID NOT PRODUCE ANY ERROR CODES. THE FAILURE OCCURS AT RANDOM. DURING THE FIRST VISIT TO THE DEALER, THEY KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR THREE DAYS AND FOUND NO FAILURES. DURING THE SECOND VISIT, THEY KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR 13 DAYS AND STILL FOUND NO FAILURES.
