THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE LOST AIR RAPIDLY, MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO MANEUVER TO THE SHOULDER.
