TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET AVEO. WHILE DRIVING 66 MPH, THE CONTACT STATED THE CRUISE CONTROL WAS ACTIVATED. WHILE GOING UPHILL, THE GEAR MOVED TO SECOND GEAR AND THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL TO LOWER THE SPEED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED FOUR TIMES.
