POWER STEERING HAS AN AWFUL GRINDING/WHINING NOISE AND CAR GETS HARD TO STEER. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE FROM GM AND THEY EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. 2000 MILES OVER THEIR WARRANTY. THEY ALSO STATE MY RACK AND PINION NEEDS REPLACED, WHICH IS ANOTHER KNOWN ISSUE. NOT COVERED UNDER THE DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY IS ABSURD. WHEN WILL THE CUSTOMER BENEFIT? THEY GET BAILED OUT AND THIS IS HOW THEY REPAY US. INVESTIGATE THESE ISSUE. 52,000 MILES AND I'VE BEEN IN THE SHOP 6 TIMES. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE WOULD FLUCTUATE BETWEEN DRIVING 5 MPH FASTER OR 4 MPH SLOWER THAN THE INTENDED SPEED. WHILE DRIVING UPHILL, THE VEHICLE WOULD DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 4 MPH SLOWER THAN THE INTENDED SPEED. WHILE DRIVING DOWNHILL, THE VEHICLE WOULD DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH FASTER THAN THE INTENDED SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING AS INTENDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 750. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
