ACURA REFUSES TO HONOR THIER WARRANTY ON THE SEAT BELTS OF MY 2003 MDX. SPECIFICALLY, GILLMAN ACURA, HOUSTON, TX. VEHICLE HAS 11,500 MILES, SEAT BELTS ARE INOPERABLE (LOCKED UP'), AND THEY SAY THEY TO NOT REPLACE SEAT BELTS. THIS IS CONTRARY TO ALL LITERATURE IN THEIR PRINTED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES I RECEIVED. *AK

THIS COMPLAINS PERTAINS TO MY 2005 MDX ACURA. WHILE DRIVING UP A SLOPE CLOSE TO MY HOME AT 50MPH, THE DASHBOARD SUDDENLY SHUTS DOWN AND THE WHEELS LOCKED UP. I TOOK IT TO DCH ACURA DEALER IN TUSTIN, CA, AND THEY COULD NOT DETECT ANY PROBLEM OR REPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *LN
